PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Latest 2nm Apple A20 Pro Chip and Vapor Chamber Cooling Technology
For the first time, the iPhone 18 Pro is designed with the Apple A20 Pro processor using cutting-edge 2-nanometer manufacturing technology. It has a six-core CPU (two high-performance super cores are complemented by four efficiency cores) along with an upgraded seven-core GPU supported by specialized neural accelerators. The device is also equipped with the Dual 16-Core Neural Engine, which makes the total number of cores 32 and thus achieves up to a 40% improvement in graphics processing. The iPhone 18 Pro is the first smartphone in the Pro line to benefit from vapor chamber cooling technology, which minimizes thermal throttling during demanding gaming, ProRes RAW editing, and heavy usage of artificial intelligence apps.
Triple 48MP Pro Optics with Hardware Variable Aperture
The rear camera setup upgrades mobile videography with a newly developed 48MP Fusion main sensor that has a hardware variable aperture. This mechanical lens ensures natural optical depth control, as well as light collection in low-light situations without high reliance on computation-based blur. Alongside the main sensor, there is a 48MP ultrawide sensor (13mm/120°) and a 48MP camera with a 4x optical zoom (which is equivalent to 100 mm), and the tetraprism of such a camera employs the use of a 3D sensor shift. Video makers are provided with opportunities to create 4K Dolby Vision footage at the rate of 120 fps, record ProRes RAW and save it to external storage, and employ the enhanced 18MP ultrawide camera for selfies.
6.3-Inch 3000-Nit OLED Screen, Improved Ergonomics & Rapid Charging
The display features a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED panel that boasts ProMotion adaptive refresh rates from 1 to 120Hz, HDR10, Dolby Vision, and a maximum brightness peaking at 3000 nits outdoors. Its surface is protected by Future Ceramic Shield 2 and an anti-glare coating, which prevents glare from direct sunlight. Charging capabilities have improved with the introduction of USB-PD 3.2 fast charging at 60W, allowing users to achieve 50% capacity within around 15 minutes, in addition to 25W MagSafe/Qi2 wireless charging.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the official Price of the iPhone 18 Pro in Nepal?
All authorized Apple resellers offer the iPhone 18 Pro at a price of NPR 259,900 for the 256GB model.
What is the benefit of the variable aperture in the main camera?
The main 48MP camera has a mechanical iris that can switch between f/1.4 and f/4.0.
The large aperture of f/1.4 ensures maximum light for taking pictures at night and a creamy bokeh background, while the aperture of f/4.0 provides a sharp image.
What is the function of the vapor chamber cooling?
The iPhone 18 Pro houses a vapor chamber thermal spreader that absorbs heat generated from the super-fast 2nm A20 Pro chip. As a result, there are no hot spots, allowing for better gaming performance for long periods of time.
How fast does the iPhone 18 Pro charge?
Using an original adapter that is 60W or above, a user can achieve 50% of the charge in around 15 minutes. It also supports 25W MagSafe and Qi2 charging.
